Fall Clean Up

Summer is winding down and it will soon be time to be thinking about Fall Clean up. Just a reminder that it is the homeowners responsibility to maintain your limited common area. If you are looking for assistance with clean up, you can contact Dave from Green Valley directly at 920-428-7347.

There are several homeowners who leave for a warmer climate soon. We are requesting that homeowners clean up your areas and remove flowers from your pots before winter arrives.

Please remember to replace the batteries in your thermostats and to turn off your water. If you need a “handyman” service to take care of items around your home, please let me know. Pfefferle has a “handyman” service available for the home owner (the charge is $45 per hour).
